1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Web5 Digital Markets ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Web5 Digital Markets provides a real-time financial data and news aggregation platform. The Platform displays market data, financial news, economic calendars, and related information for informational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or brokerage services.
We also offer paid subscriptions to automated, software-generated trading signals delivered through private Telegram channels and email. We never hold your funds and never place trades on your behalf.
2a. Paid Subscriptions — Subscriber Agreement
If you purchase a subscription, the Subscriber Agreement also applies and controls over these Terms on any conflicting point. It sets out billing and automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds, delivery and access, the prohibition on redistributing signals, risk disclosure, and the limitation of liability.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and fees for a billing period already begun are non-refundable. Please read the Subscriber Agreement in full before subscribing.
3. No Financial Advice
All content on this Platform is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should always consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
Market data displayed may be delayed and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely.
4. Affiliate Relationships
This Platform contains affiliate links to third-party brokers, exchanges, and financial platforms. When you click these links and open an account, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend platforms we believe are reputable, but we are not responsible for the services, products, or practices of third-party platforms.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content, design, code, and graphics on this Platform are the property of Web5 Digital Markets. Market data and financial widgets are provided by TradingView and are subject to their respective terms of use.
6. Limitation of Liability
Web5 Digital Markets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Platform
- Any investment decisions made based on information from the Platform
- Inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete market data
- Actions of third-party partners or platforms
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
