Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
Web5 Digital Markets is designed to be privacy-first. We collect only what is necessary to operate the Platform and, for paying subscribers, to deliver the signals service.
From every visitor (browsing only):
- Browser type and device information (via standard server logs)
- Pages visited and time on site (aggregate analytics only)
- IP address (for security and abuse prevention)
- Information you voluntarily provide (e.g. email if you contact us)
Additionally, from paying subscribers:
- Billing details — name, email, billing address, subscription tier, plan length, renewal date, and payment status. These are collected and held by Stripe, our payment processor.
- Card data — never seen by us. Your full card number, expiry, and security code go directly to Stripe. We never receive or store them. We can see only the card brand and last four digits on a receipt.
- Academy progress (optional) — if you choose to enter your email on the free Training Academy to save your progress, we store that email together with which studies you have completed and your quiz scores, so we can track completions and send you progress updates. This is entirely optional: the Academy works without it, and your progress is otherwise kept only in your own browser. You can clear it any time by choosing “change” and clearing your browser data, or by emailing us to delete it.
- Telegram identifiers — your Telegram username and/or numeric user ID, so we can add you to the private signal channel for your tier and remove you when your subscription ends.
- Support correspondence — emails and messages you send us.
Browsing the Platform still requires no account. We do not collect your trading account credentials, broker logins, positions, balances, or trading history — we have no access to your trading accounts and never will.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to:
- Operate and improve the Platform
- Process subscription payments and renewals
- Deliver signals to the correct tier channel, and grant or revoke access as your subscription starts and ends
- Send service messages — receipts, renewal and price-change notices, and delivery or outage notifications
- Monitor for security threats, fraud, account sharing, and unauthorized redistribution of signals
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns (never individual tracking)
- Respond to support inquiries and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Marketing email, if any, is sent only with your consent and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential service messages such as billing receipts.
3. Third-Party Services
Our Platform uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Stripe — Processes all subscription payments and holds billing and card data as an independent controller. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Telegram — Delivers signals to private channels. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — Hosts and protects the Platform; processes server logs and security telemetry.
- TradingView — Provides market data widgets and charts. Their widgets may set cookies.
- Google Fonts — Serves typography fonts. May log requests.
- Affiliate Partners — When you click affiliate links, those sites have their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with them.
We share personal data with these providers only as needed to run the service, and otherwise only where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
4. Data Retention
We keep subscriber data only as long as needed:
- Billing records — retained by Stripe and by us for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 7 years).
- Telegram access data — removed after your subscription ends and channel access is revoked, except where a record is needed to enforce our agreements.
- Support correspondence — up to 2 years.
- Server and security logs — short retention periods set by Cloudflare, generally under 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use minimal cookies required for basic functionality. TradingView widgets may set their own cookies for chart preferences and session management. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect widget functionality.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data we hold, including encryption in transit, encrypted secret storage for credentials, and access controls on our administrative tools. Card data never touches our systems — it goes directly to Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor.
However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Please do not submit card numbers, broker credentials, or other sensitive financial data through any contact form, email, or Telegram message on this Platform. We will never ask you for your broker password or trading account credentials.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your data, subject to records we must keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time
- Port your data to another provider
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. We will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.
8. International Users & Children
The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your data will be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws.
The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
